You will translate complex metrics into actionable insights, support AI-enabled finance transformation, and collaborate across finance, operations, supply chain, and technology to scale controllership and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, root cause analysis and escalation planning.
• 6+ years delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to provide financial insights that optimize costs and drive business performance.
• Develop and utilize AI-powered dashboards for anomaly detection and trend analysis.
• Partner with operations teams to validate business case assumptions, track performance metrics, and contribute to automated reporting systems that reduce manual work by 40-50%.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement improvements to remediate gaps, ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate across finance, operations, supply chain, and technology teams to develop standardized investment evaluation processes and financial playbooks that scale independently of building count.
