Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance from an AACSB-accredited institution.
Significant professional experience in investment, banking, or another area of financial services.
Ph.D. in Finance or related field (preferred).
Evidence of teaching effectiveness in a liberal arts setting.
Interest in fintech, financial data analytics, or AI applications in finance.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate finance courses such as Corporate Finance, Money & Banking, and Fixed Income & Derivatives Analysis.
Shape career-preparation coursework and design new courses aligned with CFA/CFP curricula.
Help expand offerings in fintech and AI applications in finance.
Advise the Finance and Investment Club and collaborate with employers, alumni, and career readiness staff.
Contribute to department and college service through advising and committee work.
