Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a Finance associate to join the Global Transportation Finance team in our Los Angeles office. The cohesive team collaborates across a multidisciplinary practice, offering exposure to shareholders and client-facing activities in aviation, maritime, and equipment financing.

You will advise on securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, and related transactions while developing strong drafting and negotiation skills in a hybrid work environment with three

Qualifications

2–6 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
Experience in securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, maritime, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation, and rail.
Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills, and organizational abilities.
Experience managing multiple matters simultaneously.
J.D. degree and California admission in good standing or steps to admission.
