Job summary

Responsibilities

• support business and finance leaders by providing financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support
• develop financial forecasts
• evaluate business performance
• identify trends and key drivers
• provide executive-level reporting and presentations
• support monthly and annual planning processes
• prepare materials for senior leadership
• develop variance analyses and commentary
• conduct ad hoc financial analyses
• identify opportunities to enhance reporting and planning processes
• provide timely, transparent, and succinct financial reports
• produce timely and precise revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts
• contribute to annual budget cycle and continuous monthly forecasting
• prepare key financial forecasts, metric-driven performance dashboards, and strategic business insights for business leaders and executives
• perform on-demand analysis and generate custom reports to address specific business needs
• collaborate with the business on implementation and compliance of new accounting and regulatory standards
• facilitate audit, regulatory, and investor requests by providing timely and accurate information
• identify and address control matters; maintain sound control processes
• Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision support, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in developing financial reports and dashboards that drive business insights and support compliance with accounting standards.
