Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Experience at a peer law firm preferred.
• Data center or digital infrastructure experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, security agreements, and credit agreements.
• Prepare and review other loan documents.
• Utilize UCC experience in relevant transactions.
• Engage in general corporate legal work.
• Contribute to data center or digital infrastructure projects.
