Job summary

The Finance Associate at Sysco Atlanta, LLC supports OpCo operations by handling local payments, deposits, petty cash, and will-call transactions, coordinating with SBS to resolve exceptions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years of finance/administration experience focused on document flow and transactional processing preferred.
• Excel proficiency and strong written/verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform deposits of all cash and payments to the OpCo.
• Scan backup support for checks, remittances, and customer documents.
• Manage petty cash and replenishments.
• Scan invoices and receive packets at the OpCo.
• Report issues within quality control and provide documentation to SBS teams.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure supplier credits.
• Maintain and report regulatory compliance (USDA, food safety, etc.).
• Process will-call transactions including employee purchases.
