Job description

The Banking and Financial Services division in the Denver office is looking to hire an associate attorney with 3-5 years of general debt finance experience, including drafting credit agreements, security documents and other loan documents and closing loan transactions. High level of academic achievement and law firm experience is preferred.

Stinson's commercial lending practice focuses primarily on representing commercial banks, Farm Credit System institutions, community banks, non-bank lenders, private equity sponsors, family offices and other non-traditional lenders, as well as public and private companies, in all aspects of financing transactions.

An active license in Colorado or the ability to waive in to practice is required.

Our associate compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. The base salary range for this role is $215,000 – $245,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual’s unique qualifications and experience.
