Overview

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. This role requires expert level financial reasoning and knowledge across related fields including Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, financial regulation, investment tools, financial modeling, and trend analysis
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
