The Partner, Consulting role involves leveraging regulatory technical expertise and financial services industry experience to become a trusted advisor to clients. This position requires leading the development of innovative solutions, managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving business growth through effective client relationships and strategic initiatives. Candidates should have extensive professional experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality managed services.

The senior level professional will lead and expand Finance as a Service (FaaS) managed service offering within the Financial Consulting (FC) practice. The leader is responsible for driving strategic growth, service and technology innovation and operational excellence. The leader will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and FaaS colleagues. The leader will ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality services and a growth mindset across FaaS putting forward competitive pricing and positioning in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for FaaS, including continued diversification of the FaaS solutions.

  • Strategic Leadership: Leverage experience and network to drive growth and market connectivity.

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive operational scale, efficiency, and margin improvement through leadership, incentives and decision-making bandwidth.

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead transformation initiatives, including AI, automation, offshore expansion, and process improvement.

  • Strategic Leadership: Integrate FaaS offerings with other RSM service lines and the Catamaran infrastructure.

  • Strategic Leadership: Be a strategic leader in our Catamaran enterprise-wide managed service ecosystem.

  • Practice Management: Oversee and adjust, as required, operational support, resource planning, engagement support, and KPI reporting.

  • Practice Management: Collaborate cross-functionally within the managed services ecosystem for shared client opportunities and platform investments.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through finance function transformation.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading complex engagements and supporting revenue growth and long-term retention.

  • Client Engagement: Expand executive presence to enhance client relationship development and scope expansion.

  • Talent Development: Build the next generation of managed services talent.

  • Talent Development: Foster a high-performing culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and collaboration across geographies.

  • Talent Development: Diversify talent skillset to meet the wide range of client profiles from start up to large public companies.

  • Talent Development: Build a talent pool with deep experience in serving private equity-backed companies.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead functional teams across the US, Canada, India and South America.

  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proven skills to motivate service delivery team to expand services, business developers to mine and deliver on strategic new clients and colleagues to understand and refer prospects.
