Job summary

GEICO is seeking bright, driven analytical students for a 10-week summer Analyst Internship Program (AIP) within the CFO Organization. You will drive the insurance business transformation and apply college skills while preparing for prospective entry into the Analyst Development Program upon graduation.

The AIP has tracks in Controllers and Finance & Operations. You will gain exposure to FP&A, specific business lines, ERM, Treasury, financial systems, and strategic analysis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, or another analytical/FinTech program with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher; upload transcripts with application.
• Demonstrated interest in Finance via internship, student orgs, certifications, or coursework.
• Must live within commuting distance to NYC, Chicago, or Bethesda, MD and be able to work hybrid, in-office at least 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Work on significant analyst projects, attend meetings, and present to senior management.
• Learn GEICO Finance and Operations systems; understand data and integration points.
• Support financial planning & analysis and other CFO org initiatives.
