Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Anaheim, CA offers a Finance Intern position for Spring 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in finance within the Hotels and DTD Operations team, learning the drivers behind business performance.

You'll collaborate with Revenue Management and Analytics teams, generate reports and dashboards using Power BI, and support data processes that drive timely insights. This on-site internship requires full-time availability during the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college junior or senior in Analytics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong Excel, VBA/Power Query, SQL, Tableau or Power BI skills.
• Experience with R, Python and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hotel & DTD Operations Partners and Revenue Management to analyze drivers and provide insights.
• Generate reporting and ad-hoc analyses of historical/current data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Support development and optimization of data processes and workflows.
