Job summary

Danone is hiring a Finance Analyst based in White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO, with a hybrid work setup. You will partner with marketing, digital commerce, and enterprise planning to analyze spend, performance, and budgets, and prepare senior management materials on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Ideal candidates hold a quantitative degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics) with 4+ years of financial analysis, advanced Excel, and strong modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive financial analysis and/or accounting experience
• Strong MS Excel skills required
• Strong financial modeling skills required
• Understanding of GAAP and SAP
• CPG experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with U.S. marketing teams to evaluate spend effectiveness, optimize ROI, and inform investment decisions at brand and tactic levels
• Work closely with the digital commerce team to analyze and articulate performance across channels and business units
• Partner with the Enterprise planning team and assist with DBPS planning and adhoc analytics and projects
• Serve as a financial partner to business leaders by organizing financial information for strategic planning
• Assist in preparing materials for senior management on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases
• Proactively manage process, meetings, and calendars to ensure timeliness of budget and month-end procedures

By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Finance Analyst based in White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with U.S. marketing teams to evaluate spend effectiveness, optimize ROI, and inform investment decisions at brand and tactic levels
• Digital Commerce Partnership: Work closely with the digital commerce team to analyze and articulate performance across channels and business units
• Enterprise Strategy Partnership: Partner with Enterprise planning team and assist with DBPS planning and other adhoc analytics and projects
• Serve as a financial partner to business leaders by organizing financial information in a manner that facilitates strategic business planning
• Assist in preparing materials for senior management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. About You

About You:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, preferably Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred
• You have a minimum of 4+ years of progressive financial analysis and/or accounting experience required
• You have CPG experience preferred, not required
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement
• Your MS Excel skill set is advanced – required
• You have strong financial modeling skills – required
• You understand GAAP and SAP
• You understand Manufacturing processes preferred
• You are a strong problem-solver and excellent communications skills
