Job summary

PNC is seeking a Finance Associate in Pittsburgh within the Retail Banking Finance organization. You will partner with Small Business Finance to provide financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and decision support to drive growth and profitability.

You will deliver executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and insights, collaborating with business leaders and finance partners to improve operating efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree and 2+ years of relevant professional finance experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical, communication, and partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and annual forecast processes and the annual budget cycle.
• Prepare financial presentations and key metrics dashboards for senior leadership.
• Analyze business performance, key drivers, and develop variance commentary.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and create custom reports to address specific business needs.
• Collaborate on implementation and compliance of new accounting and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate audit, regulatory, and investor requests by providing timely and accurate information.
• Maintain sound control processes and identify and address control matters promptly.
• Navigate professional interactions across departments to ensure alignment and shared success.
