Job summary

Koch Capabilities Company (KCC) is seeking a Finance Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team as a finance business partner across Koch Shared Services. This role will engage with multiple Koch companies to drive insights and support strategic decisions.

You will analyze financial data, deliver reporting, and help optimize processes using tools like OneStream, Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of key accounting concepts.
Experience presenting recommendations to stakeholders and defending them under scrutiny.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across functions.
Proficiency in Excel with advanced formulas, pivots, and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and prepare reporting to support strategic decision making.
Improve financial knowledge processes including reporting, planning & analysis, pricing, and billing.
Anticipate customer needs, perform insightful analysis, identify optimization opportunities, and drive discussions.
Communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences.
