Job summary

Mobis North America’s MTCA is seeking a Financial Analyst to support purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and month-end close. This role collaborates with finance, operations, and R&D to optimize procurement and financial processes.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in business/finance and at least 2 years in accounting or related roles; strong Excel skills; Korean is a plus; hybrid work with 3 days on site in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing management: manage purchasing activities, PO processing, vendor coordination.
• Record maintenance: maintain records of purchasing activities, contracts, and invoices.
• Forecast procurement needs and align purchasing plans with business objectives.
• Budget preparation: assist in budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Process payments and invoices per company policies.
• Accounts payable reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Accounts receivable monitoring and follow-up on overdue payments.
• Vendor compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
