Responsibilities

• Works closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain team for planning and budgeting.
• Monitors financial performance and reports variances.
• Generates insights and recommends corrective actions for financial performance.
• Develops and maintains Transfer Pricing models and finds cost optimizations.
• Collaborates with Business Partners and HR for headcount and payroll cost planning.
• Plans and tracks brewery and supply chain CAPEX plan.
• Provides financial support for process improvement projects.
• Implements Governance & Control Policies and facilitates risk analysis.
• Builds relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Provides decision support to Brewery and Supply Chain Directors.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
