Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Finance professional to join the Corporate Quality and Affordability Initiatives Finance team. You will analyze complex financial information, lead projects, and partner with stakeholders to drive performance and organizational goals.

This fully remote role requires US work authorization and focuses on trend analysis, ROI projections, and integrated revenue/expense analyses with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Medical Economics to drive trend analysis and KPI tracking and monitoring.
• Monitor execution and performance of initiatives and work with cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives focused on performance improvement, implementing Corrective Action Plans as needed.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on medical expense optimization, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness, and resource allocation.
• Assess ROI projections and analyze anticipated value outcomes.
• Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Handle complex and high-level financial analysis.
• Present and discuss analysis with upper management.

Position Purpose: With the Corporate Quality and Affordability Initiatives Finance team, you will analyze complex financial information and translate data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. Independently lead financial projects and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to drive financial performance and organizational goals.

Key Details: This is a fully remote role. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
