Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the monthly close process, preparing financial reports and researching variances
• Support the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with medical trend research and document preparation
• Assist in the Medicare bid filing process with membership projections and collaborate with Product and Actuarial departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and creating graphs/charts
• Knowledge of the Medicare product and related industry insights
• Experience with OneStream is highly desirable
