Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required or four+ years of direct experience in lieu.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or a related field is required.
• Healthcare finance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Prepares financial reports and presentations with key insights.
• Assists in developing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitors performance metrics and investigates variances.
• Supports month-end and year-end closing activities including reconciliations.
• Ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations.
