Job summary

FinThrive is seeking a finance professional to consolidate planning and reporting processes, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year outlooks. You will interact with senior management on risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.

The role partners with business leaders to analyze performance, trends, and strategic trade-offs; you’ll also compare budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual reporting to support critical decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field with 2–5 years of experience.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Tableau/Power BI/Other BI tools a plus; SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and support all planning and reporting processes, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and a multi-year outlook.
Interact with senior management regarding risks, opportunities, and forecast variances.
Provide key business insights to enable timely decision-making.
Partner with business leaders to assess performance, trends, and strategic trade-offs.
