Siemens Mobility in Wendell, NC is seeking a Finance Analyst (Early Professional) for Contract Manufacturing, to partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Engineering to support growth and profitability.

As part of the Business and Performance Controlling team, you will help drive financial management and cross-functional initiatives for externally manufactured products and services, enabling commercial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial business partner for Contract Manufacturing activities and related projects.
• Lead and support financial evaluations of new contract manufacturing opportunities, including business cases, profitability analyses, investment assessments, and commercial decision support.
• Monitor and analyze contract manufacturing performance, including revenue, cost, margin, and productivity metrics as well as working capital management.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses, forecast scenarios, and management presentations to support business decision-making.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities, including variance analyses and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and operational performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial controlling processes, reporting tools, and automation initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities related to contract manufacturing operations.
• Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at expanding and optimizing Siemens' contract manufacturing footprint.
• Actively contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives that improve reporting efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
