Job summary

Sysco Minnesota, Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support profitability, process efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives. You will partner with Commercial leadership to drive strategic results through FP&A processes and reporting within Operations.

The role requires 2+ years of financial analysis experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and MBA preferred. CPA is a plus and a commitment to high analytical standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA degree preferred for advanced financial leadership roles.
• 2+ years financial or business analysis experience required.
• CPA preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and tools.
• Develop and deploy Finance tools and processes across the organization.
• Train business stakeholders on the AOP process.
• Support monthly/quarterly business review process.
• Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analytics.
• Identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide analytical support for strategic investment decisions.
• Generate corporate and business segment forecasts on a defined cadence.
• Create executive dashboards and distill key insights.

JOB SUMMARY

Support strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs, and overall business improvement. Partner with Commercial leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through the utilization of Financial Planning and Analysis of best practices. QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• MBA degree preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years Financial or business-related analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• CPA preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills.
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several discrete variables in standardized situations.
