Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
• Participate in the monthly close process including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reporting packages
• Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions and capital management initiatives
• Conduct detailed analyses of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement
• Review and accurately capture a range of financial activities in accordance with GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 2–3 years of public/private accounting experience
• Experience within financial services or real estate preferred
