Job summary

Mohawk Industries in Georgia is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budget development, financial evaluations, and data management. You will provide reports, ensure accurate close processes, and assist with internal controls while collaborating with FP&A and sales teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience; CPA/CMA is preferred. Strong communication, integrity, and SAP/Microsoft Office skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• KPI reporting maintenance and monitoring
• Month end accrual prep and supporting journal entries
• Preparation of internal reports
• Balance Sheet and Allocation reconciliation
• SAP SME for the team (understands how to create purchase orders, proper coding, invoice payments)
• Partner with FP&A counterparts and help support internal processes
• Support P2P process for commercial
• Daily sales, pricing and margin analytics and push for remediation when necessary
• Maintenance of Showroom and SG&A BU reports
• Support FP&A and Sales controller when necessary

What we need:

The Finance Analyst is an established performer that will support financial analysis objectives by assisting in the administration of sound financial procedures and processes. This role will assist with the preparation of budgets, business plans, and financial evaluations by providing reports and data management and system support.

What you’ll do:
