Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager - Applied AI to lead enterprise AI initiatives across Finance. You will translate business problems into AI solutions, guide NLP/GenAI and predictive modeling work, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable products that improve Finance operations.

This hybrid role requires strong product management, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate AI concepts to senior stakeholders while driving adoption and business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise platforms.
• Finance or healthcare domain experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration.
• Experience delivering AI capabilities as part of large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with global or distributed teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into executable AI solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Locations include Hybrid work arrangement in Bloomfield, CT; Philadelphia, PA; Morris Plains, NJ; St Louis, MO; remote possible East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into clear technical approaches, data needs, and workflow design.
• Lead the design and development of AI capabilities, including NLP, GenAI, predictive modeling, and automation.
• Build trusted partnerships with global Finance teams, analysts, and technology partners to align delivery with objectives and user needs.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in clear business terms for senior leaders and operational teams.
• Support change management and user adoption by helping stakeholders understand how AI solutions improve workflows.
