Job summary

Volga Partners seeks an experienced Finance professional to support AI model evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. You will develop finance-focused prompts, expert reference answers, and assess model outputs with rigorous financial standards.

The role requires strong financial knowledge, meticulous analysis, and the ability to work independently in a remote, full-time capacity, averaging 40 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or related field.
• Professional experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, auditing, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, valuation methodologies, and analytical frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate complex financial information.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to follow structured guidelines, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards.
• Availability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create finance-focused prompts and scenarios across financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, investment analysis, equity research, banking, risk management, forecasting, valuation, and modeling.
• Develop high-quality expert reference answers with clear reasoning, calculations, assumptions, and conclusions.
• Review and evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, quality, relevance, and alignment with finance standards.
• Apply structured evaluation criteria and scoring to assess model performance and provide actionable feedback.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Investment Management, or a related field

CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate

Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, FRM, CFP, or CA
