Job summary

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, with US time-zone alignment and a focus on real-world finance workflows and modeling for next-generation AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, banking, investment management, or related field.
• Professional experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, auditing, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, terminology, valuation methodologies, and analytical frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to follow structured guidelines, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards.
• Comfortable working independently in a task-based environment.
• Availability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop finance-focused prompts and scenarios across finance areas.
• Create expert reference answers with reasoning, calculations, assumptions, and conclusions where applicable.
• Evaluate AI model outputs for financial accuracy, domain knowledge, and logic.
• Apply structured evaluation criteria and provide detailed feedback to support benchmarking and quality improvement.
• Support benchmarking efforts to improve AI model reliability and effectiveness.
