Accenture seeks a seasoned strategist to lead Finance AI and Data Transformation initiatives, shaping the C-suite vision and defining value-driven roadmaps. You will build lasting client relationships with CFOs and senior finance leaders, translating complex data strategies into actionable roadmaps and scalable programs.
Role requires deep expertise in AI, data architecture, and enterprise finance processes, with a track record of delivering across global teams and multiple time zones.
We Are:
Our Finance AI and Data Strategy practitioners work to create and execute an organization’s business strategy for Finance AI and Data transformation including: defining a compelling industry & Finance function vision, creating value & ROI models, architecting a client’s Finance AI talent strategy, ecosystem partnership approaches, creating scalable operating capabilities, and envisioning best-in-class business/technology architecture & roadmaps. Use scaled agile disciplines to transform a client’s business and Finance function by sequencing the delivery of critical data elements, data products and feature functionality.

You'll work at the cutting edge of Finance transformation — helping the world's largest organizations reimagine what's possible when AI and data are built into the core of how Finance operates. If you want scope, influence, and the chance to define what AI-led Finance looks like for an entire industry, this is it.
Who You Are:
You're a seasoned strategist who lives at the intersection of AI, data, and business transformation. You've spent at least five years turning ambiguous enterprise problems into clear-eyed strategies — and then seeing those strategies through to impact. Consulting sharpened you: you know how to read an organization, earn trust fast, and deliver under pressure on a global stage.
What You'll Do:
Our Finance AI and Data Strategy practitioners build and execute transformational strategies for how organizations reinvent their Finance function through AI and data. You'll own the full arc — from vision to roadmap to delivery — working across some of the most complex Finance environments in the world.
