LinkedIn is seeking a Staff, Finance AI & Automation Solutions in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role is hybrid, with in-office days and work from home supported as needed.

You will design, build, and scale AI-enabled workflows for Finance, integrating with Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems using Power Apps and Power Automate. You will partner with Finance teams to translate pain points into production solutions with governance, responsible AI, and strong reliability to accelerate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years building or scaling enterprise applications/automation.
Experience with Power Apps or other low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience applying AI to production workflows and responsible-use practices.

Responsibilities

AI-enabled workflow design for finance with governance and guardrails.
Low-code/no-code app development using Power Apps/Power Automate.
Workflow automation and process orchestration across finance processes.
Integrations with Oracle ERP/EPM, GetPaid, Allocadia and related systems.
Quality, operations, and support including testing, monitoring, and runbooks.
Product mindset with stakeholder partnership and backlog management.
Governance, security, and enterprise documentation.
