Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Irvine, CA is seeking an onsite Finance & Administration Controller to lead the U.S. subsidiary's financial and administrative operations within a lean, hands-on team. You will bridge U.S.

operations with Korean headquarters, oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury and tax activities, and supervise HR/payroll and general administration. The role requires senior finance leadership experience; familiarity with Korean-owned subsidiaries is a plus;

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience (Controller/CFO/Finance Director or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently in a lean organization.
• Experience liaising between U.S. operations and Korean headquarters.
• Experience in a Korean-owned U.S. subsidiary is a plus.

In this onsite Finance & Administration Controller role in Irvine, CA, you will lead the financial and administrative operations of a U.S. subsidiary for a Korean trading and manufacturing organization. The position is hands‑on and broad‑based, bringing together core finance leadership with day‑to‑day administration. You will work in a lean organization and serve as a critical bridge between U.S. operations and Korean headquarters.

Compensation: USD 120,000 - 125,000 per year.

Who you are

• Previous experience as a Controller, CFO, Finance Director/Manager, or equivalent senior finance professional.
• Comfort working independently in a lean organization.
• Ability to serve as a key liaison between U.S. operations and Korean headquarters.
• Preferably, experience within a Korean-owned U.S. subsidiary.
