Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in real estate investment management.
• Experience working with third-party accounting and tax service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger and accounts payable.
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements for accuracy.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
