Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and core FP&A processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred; MBA a plus.
• 8–12+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close process and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Oversee reconciliations and system uploads (e.g., Blackline).
• Produce monthly statements and reporting for leadership with narrative analysis.
• Own the 13-week cash flow forecast and liquidity analysis.
• Support rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance; manage external auditors.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on CAPEX and project budgets.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation in financial systems.
• Provide leadership to accounting staff and partner with operations.
