Job summary

Nestlé USA invites students to join our Finance & Accounting Internship Program for a 10-12 week period, where you will lead a real business project from start to finish. You’ll apply classroom knowledge to a real-world setting and be supported by a project manager, buddy, and mentor.

Projects are cross-divisional and results-oriented, involving networking with senior management and interns from other programs. Relocation and housing support may be provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Self-starters who are results-oriented, analytical, innovative and take initiative.
• Excellent communicators (written and verbal) who work well in a team.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a significant business project from start to finish during the 10–12 week internship.
• Collaborate with team members across business divisions and network with senior management.
• Present final project outcomes to senior leaders at the end of the internship.
