Job summary

Walmart is offering a 10-week Accounting & Finance Development Program (AFDP) internship in Bentonville, AR, with two tracks and multiple 6-month rotations leading toward a possible full-time position. You will work on strategic projects across Finance, Controllership, Audit, and related areas, gaining hands-on experience and presenting results to leadership.

Graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 with a BS/BA in a business-related field is desired; GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Graduating December 2027 or May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week internship with rotations in Commercial Finance, Controllership or Audit.
• Gain broad finance and accounting experience and present to executive leadership.
• Internship is paid with housing and relocation benefits provided.
