Timken offers a Summer 2027 Finance and Accounting internship designed to provide real-world experience across FP&A, accounting, internal audit and investor relations. interns will work on value-added projects, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and gain exposure to Timken’s global financial operations in a high-tech, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Sophomore or Junior, enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program (12 semester/credit hours) at an accredited four-year university.
• Must be enrolled in one of the following majors: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As an intern within our Finance and Accounting organization, your responsibilities will vary based on the specific department you are placed in.
• Our internship program is designed to provide opportunities for students to work on projects that impact the business and drive value across the function.
• During your internship, students will gain meaningful and translatable experiences through value-added assignments.
• Additionally, you will receive mentorship and guidance from Finance and Accounting leaders across the Timken organization.
• Potential Internship placements may include FP&A, Accounting, Plant Operations Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, External Reporting or Investor Relations.
