Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. offers an internship in White Plains, NY, focusing on consolidations and investments within the finance and accounting arena. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting monthly and quarterly tasks while learning our accounting systems and processes.

The program targets students pursuing Accounting or Finance with strong GPA, Excel skills, and a drive to learn. Hybrid on-site and remote work is available for a 2/3 schedule during June–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• College level - Sophomore, Junior or Senior, with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2029.
• Microsoft Office, including Excel, experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to learn.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and quarterly tasks of the consolidations and investments department.
• Gain exposure to finance and investment accounting activities.
• Support team by performing tasks to understand consolidation and investment accounting.
• Contribute to achieving results by setting goals, prioritizing tasks and staying accountable.
• Learn the ins and outs of our finance and accounting systems and processes.
