Job summary

The role requires enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or Accounting, graduation by December 2027 or later, and willingness to relocate to Tulsa, OK or Houston, TX. Strong communication, teamwork, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Graduation date of December 2027 or beyond
• Position is not eligible for sponsorship, OPT, or CPT
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness and ability to relocate for the summer to Tulsa, Oklahoma or Houston, Texas
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Safety as the utmost priority
• Ability to work independently, within a team, and within a matrix environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving, analytical, and creative-thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and PC skills

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of Williams' core business and operating areas
• Gather and analyze real-time data to identify efficiencies and ensure proper asset maintenance
• Build credibility with customers by contributing to major projects and capital expansions
• Collaborate with teams across operating areas and fields to achieve enterprise goals
• Work generally Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
• Perform other duties as assigned
