MiTek Industries offers a paid, 12-week internship for accounting students approaching graduation. Interns are paired with a Manager and Mentor to work on impactful projects and present outcomes at program end.

The internship includes networking, leadership exposure, and a hybrid work environment. Participants gain exposure to G/L, AR, AP, fixed assets, and cost accounting while supporting month-end close and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accounting degree; expected to graduate summer 2028.
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle or ERP systems).
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to identify discrepancies and suggest solutions.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Assist with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets and cost accounting tasks.
• Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
