Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and accounting information, guidance, and support to SOM and departmental staff.
• Understand how the finance team integrates with other units to meet objectives.
• Complete financial tasks and assist with accuracy and detail.
• Contribute to quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Communicate financial information clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison within the department and with external partners on routine financial matters.
• Handle financial processing duties including reimbursements, OneCard management, timekeeping, payroll entries, and journal entries.
• Conduct financial reviews, analyze division reports, ensure compliance, and provide reports.
• Work with divisions on fiscal issues and offer financial training as needed.
• Support year-end close and annual budget processes.
• Perform other duties to support departmental financial operations.
