Job summary

Rowan University’s Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine invites applications for a one-year fellowship or senior residency in veterinary clinical pathology, beginning November 1, 2026 or until filled, in Glassboro, New Jersey. The program is designed for residents who have completed two ACVP training years and wish to complete the final year of training at Rowan.

Post-residency board-certified or eligible applicants are welcome to apply; trainees will be guided by a Rowan ACVP board-certified

Qualifications

• D.V.M. or equivalent degree from an AVMA accredited College of Veterinary Medicine and be eligible for a New Jersey veterinary license.
• Two years of a clinical pathology residency completed by June 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Complete the final year of clinical pathology training at Rowan University.
• Train under the guidance of a Rowan ACVP board-certified clinical pathologist with support from ACVP board-certified anatomic pathologists.
• Engage in cytology and clinical pathology rounds, hematology, chemistry, urinalysis and endocrinology case exposure, and pursue scholarly activity.

Education
