Grahamjobs in Winston-Salem/Kernersville area is hiring a Final Utility Production Associate for the 3rd shift (10pm–6am). Pay is $17.50 per hour. This role supports loading, unloading, and moving materials, operating basic production equipment, and keeping work areas safe and organized.

You’ll join a manufacturing/warehouse team with opportunities to cross-train across production areas and contribute to on-time product flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to cross-train and support other production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport raw materials or finished products to storage or production areas.
• Organize stock, pull, and verify orders; update inventory records to prevent shortages.
• Safely operate machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
• Ensure pallets are properly tagged or identified as required.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspaces, including end-of-line and staging areas.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth product flow.

Position: Final Utility Production Associate Shift- 3rd- 10pm-6am Pay-$17.50 Location- Winston Salem/Kernersville area

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Load, unload, and transport raw materials or finished products to appropriate storage or production areas.
• Organize stock, pull, and verify orders and update inventory records to prevent shortages.
• Safely operate machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
• Ensure pallets are properly tagged or identified as required.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspaces, including the end-of-line and staging areas.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth handoff and product flow.
• Assist with assembly tasks as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines when assembling components or products.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience with pallet strapping tools and manual pallet jacks (or willingness to learn).
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to cross-train and support other production areas as needed.
