Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the Operations Quality team. The role focuses on final QA inspections of devices and modules, ensuring documentation, labeling, and release criteria meet strict FDA and cGMP standards.

Candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation practices. The Inspector will verify serial numbers, manage NCRs in SAP, and support nonconformance investigations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Pharma/biotech experience is helpful.
• Familiarity with cGMP and FDA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect DHR documentation to verify test procedures and release specifications.
• Perform internal device inspection for visual conformity and correct labeling.
• Verify customer-facing device and packing labels match serial numbers.
• Approve device release in ERP systems and ensure no open nonconformances.
• Record all observations using the nonconformance system and manage rework/closure.
