Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in the printed circuit board industry.
• Ability to read travelers and drawings and interpret requirements.
• Experience completing quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and interpret travelers and drawings to assess requirements and special instructions for jobs.
• Inspects product to determine conformity with order specifications and the inspection checklist.
• Experience inspecting Flex-Rigid PWBs and performing rework.
• Inspects product under magnifying tools for opens and shorts in circuit patterns.
• Compares size and location of holes to verify conformance to specifications.
• Views inside holes to detect voids or irregular surfaces.
• Identifies non-conforming product and its disposition.
• Logs job in and out with accurate counts of product; records yield data and completes scrap reports.
• Stacks finished boards with separator sheets for transfer to next workstation.
