Watershed-Foods is seeking a Final Packaging Supervisor to oversee our packaging department. The role focuses on accurate, efficient packaging in compliance with quality and safety standards, with emphasis on leadership and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing packaging lines, driving efficiency, and enforcing OSHA/GMP guidelines, while coaching a team of operators to meet production goals. This is a full-time on-site role supporting manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing packaging with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Final Packaging Supervisor to oversee the packaging operations in our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
