Job summary

Sleep Outfitters USA is hiring a Delivery Assistant to perform local and regional home delivery and set-up of sleep solutions and mattresses. You will provide a high-quality in-home guest experience, ensuring safe handling and correct placement, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role features a 5-day work week, paid time off, and a pathway for growth within a company that promotes from within and supports relocation opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record (no CDL required).
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
• Experience delivering furniture/appliances to homes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform local and regional home delivery and set-up.
• Deliver and set up sleep solutions and mattresses with care.
• Provide superior in-home guest experience.
• Support warehouse and delivery readiness daily.
• Maintain regular training materials and follow safety protocols.

A day in the life of being an Delivery Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Local and regional home delivery and set-up
• Provide superior in-home guest experience to deliver and set up sleep solutions and mattresses
• Support the team effort to ensure warehouse and delivery readiness every day
• Regular training material (job related content)
• 5-day work week
• Home every night, No OTR
