Job summary

Responsibilities include on-time deliveries, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading/unloading, and clear communication with customers and store personnel to meet delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in truck delivery is a plus but not required
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have at least 3 years of driving experience
• DOT Medical Card as required

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries, meeting or exceeding scheduled delivery times.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment including a trailer if needed.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain records of deliveries and issues.
• Communicate with customers and store personnel during delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive experience.
• Support field sales team and store personnel to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as needed.
