Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Ohio to deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market. You will uphold safe driving practices, provide seasoned advice, resolve issues, and ensure a legendary customer experience by building trusted relationships.

You will work with store personnel and the field sales team to meet customer needs, handle returns, and maintain accurate delivery records while keeping assignments on schedule in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving experience and MVR check requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack and forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver purchased merchandise to customers within assigned market.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships.
• Communicate with customers updates during the delivery process.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment.
