Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Oxford, MI is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver for Final Mile. You will deliver purchased merchandise to customers with a focus on safety, accuracy, and legendary service, building positive relationships along the way.

You’ll operate and maintain delivery equipment, perform pre/post trip inspections, and coordinate with store teams to meet customer needs while handling returns and exchanges as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Previous truck delivery experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack and forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market.
• Maintain safe, clean delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Communicate delivery updates to customers.
• Coordinate with field sales and store personnel to meet needs.
• Handle returns or exchanges as needed.
