Job summary

Indigo Medical is seeking a Nominated/Final Medical Signatory to review and certify promotional and non-promotional materials in line with ABPI/PMCPA and EFPIA/IPHA. The role includes governance across UK and ex-UK materials, and ensuring timely approvals for brand and medical activities.

You will interpret data accurately, challenge claims, and provide guidance across multiple therapy areas. Hybrid role based in the UK, with office presence required.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of ABPI/PMCPA, EFPIA/IPHA and local regulations.
• Breadth of material types (digital, meetings, press, disease awareness, etc.).
• Ability to identify breaches and propose compliant alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as Nominated/Final Medical Signatory for UK and ex UK materials, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Draft and manage regulatory correspondence to authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Critically appraise clinical data, challenge claims and data interpretation for accuracy.
• Provide brand and campaign concept review with strong understanding of medical processes.
• Maintain time and workload management across multiple therapy areas; meet SLAs.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to uphold high standards.
