Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; telesales preferred.
• Active Life, Accident, & Health resident license required.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong communication and CRM proficiency required.

• Handle real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads.
• Provide unbiased product recommendations from top carriers to meet customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions.
